One new adult collectors doll's house. Beautifully handmade by local craftsman, Georgian Style , very heavy (126 lbs / 52Kg), made from 3/4" board, size 38" wide by 20" deep by 32" high. Fully decorated and carpeted throughout, including fireplaces, cornice, skirting and architraive. Rooms have chimney breasts for realism and opening internal doors.
Four main rooms measure 12 1/4" wide by 12 3/8" deep by 10" high, Hallway/landing is 8" wide.
Exterior has porch with columns, walls with railings, quoin stones on front, hipped roof.
